RETURN POLICY

As a trusted online source of the best in designer handbags, shoes and accessories, we guarantee the authenticity of our items. 
Each item is carefully selected to meet our team's high standard of quality. You will find in many cases our items come with the original authenticity paperwork and dust bags from the original purchase.

If you wish to return your purchase because you feel that the handbag is not authentic, in order to receive a full refund please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item/s. We would require you to produce documentation that the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain documentation from a well-recognized authenticator service or expert or the original designer store. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and information. However, mistakes and typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. In the event you have purchased an item based on misinformation, We reserves the right to cancel the transaction with no further liability on its part.

Please read the descriptions of each item carefully and look at all of the photos provided. We show all of our handbags as they are, so please note the size. Coloring of bags can slightly change due to the varying monitor calibration. If you are in doubt about any details of the item you're purchasing please contact us.  

We can only honor returns through the following return process:

Full Refund will be issued only in case of an Error on our behalf, for example if a wrong items was shipped.

For online orders, a return request must be submitted through your 
Caroline's Fashion Luxury account within 2 days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). You may create your return request for a return label by accessing it under "orders" in your account (Accessible via web browser only )
Alternatively, returns are also accepted in stores (except for watches/jewelry) within 2 days of delivery.

In-store purchases can be returned in-store or a written request for a label must be emailed to: carolinesjc@yahoo.com,  
Please provide your order number.

The item must be shipped back to Caroline's Fashion Luxuries No later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number). The label will self void after 2 business days and cannot be used beyond that. Returns shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.

Request a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned when dropping off at UPS. Caroline's Fashion Luxuries  is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned.

Shipment fees (if any) from Caroline's Fashion Luxuries to the customer are nonrefundable; 

Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a store credit.
Not include Shipping, Handling & Shipping Insurance.

Caroline's Fashion Luxuries cannot accept international returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to sender the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.
